  • My first experience of chiropractic was at age 26 with my first adult migraine.

    I laughed at my friend’s suggestion to go to her ‘no-cracking chiro’. Within a year I had completely changed my life and was working as a chiropractic assistant and studying chiropractic.

    In addition to my Bachelor and Masters degrees from RMIT,

    I have trained extensively in SOT Chiropractic, SOT Paediatric Chiropractic, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Perinatal Care, and other health modalities. I integrate these techniques to provide tailored care for the individual.

    Beginning in 2017 after the birth of my second child,

    I established my private practice, dedicating my work life to providing clients with a unique modality of gentle chiropractic. I have a special interest in the development and well-being of babies and children, as well as supporting women through their perinatal journey.

    I am honoured to witness people’s healing and transformations in my every day.

    Dr Yvan Tooth and I opened Chiro Collab in Blackwood in 2024. Our practice intention is to offer an inclusive and empowering chiropractic and allied health clinic for our community. A place where we can collaborate with you about your health.

  • My interest in healing stems from a lifetime of using natural therapies to maintain my health and wellbeing. This has helped me to realise that true health is more than the absence of disease and driven me to study approaches which help find the key to unlock vital wellness.

    After completing a Batchelor of Health Science at Adelaide University I undertook a Masters in Chiropractic at Macquarie University. In my final year I studied many chiropractic techniques in addition to my course work. Network Spinal Analysis proved to be the most profound and life changing. I am qualified to the highest level and continue to study with Donald Epstein, the founder of NSA. I also utilise the application of Somato-Respiratory Integration (SRI) which enhances the benefits of NSA and gives greater depth to the practice. I regularly attend seminars to continue my education and maintain the highest standard of this ever evolving, progressive technique.

  • I’m a devoted acupuncturist, mother, partner and friend — roles that deeply shape the way I connect with others and approach healing.

    My journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine began over 12 years ago, during a time of personal health challenges. After years of struggling with persistent issues that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve, I felt disheartened and disconnected from my body. Discovering acupuncture was a turning point — it offered not only relief but a deeper understanding of the body’s innate capacity to heal. This experience sparked a profound love for holistic medicine and inspired me to pursue formal study, with a heartfelt commitment to supporting others on their own paths to wellbeing.

    I have completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture Therapies) at Endeavour College of Natural Health. I’m a registered practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA).

    My approach to treatment is gentle, supportive, and empowering. Grounded in both the classical wisdom of Chinese medicine and modern, evidence-based understanding. I work intuitively and thoughtfully, tailoring each treatment to the individual.

    I have a special interest in the following areas shaped by both personal experience and the stories of those around me:

    • chronic pain;

    • mental and emotional wellbeing;

    • women’s & children’s health;

    • musculoskeletal injuries and recovery; and

    • immune and respiratory conditions.

    As a mother who has navigated postpartum anxiety, I hold a deep passion for holding space for women through the transition into motherhood and beyond.

    I’m passionate about supporting babies and children, with a focus on sleep, digestive health, skin conditions, and immune support — an interest born from caring for my own children’s health.

    It’s an honour to walk alongside those seeking clarity, comfort, and connection within their body, mind, and spirit.
